You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email info@cappedandcovered.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the shipping details. Packages sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please look over your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can take care of it.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest option is to complete a return (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the credit.
