Return Requirements

• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the original ship date
• Once you receive your Return Authorization (RA), you have 10 days to return the item
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any items back

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of your order's ship date- info@cappedandcovered.com
2. Once approved, you'll receive your RA number and return instructions
3. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving your RA
4. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item

Important Notes

Damaged items or items not in original packaging are subject to denial of refund or a fee may be charged to process the refund.

Returns sent without a valid RA number may not be accepted. The 30-day return window is calculated from the original ship date of your order.
